This order form does not have pricing so, unless you order weekly, and there are no price changes, we will send an Order Confirmation to you, by email, for you to review and confirm, before we process the order.

Once the Account, Delivery and Payment sections have been filled in, they will stay in place, provided you log in on the same computer. You can change/update them if something changes, and we should catch that, but as an added safeguard, add a note to tell us if you have changed your address or contact info.

You can also set your favorite items to appear at the top of the product list for fast and easy repeat orders, by selecting the star on the items you expect to reorder. To remove them from your favorites, take the star off and refresh the page.

Please note that standard delivery is Mon–Fri, 9–5.

10–5 or 9–4 with 4 consecutive days can be accommodated on the discounted Flex delivery service, but any further time restriction, or less than 4 consecutive days, will prevent the Flex delivery option. This does not always mean a higher fee, but it does require some added planning and/or a limitation of options.

After you submit your order, please watch for an Order Confirmation in your email, which will confirm stock, delivery, pricing and total cost. Our default process is to wait for a confirmation back from you before we process the order.

If you would prefer your account be set to process the order before that day's order cut-off — provided everything is status quo — please check this box.

If a rush is specified and added fees will be incurred, that is not status quo, so we like to ensure your approval — but time is of the essence, and fees increase as time decreases.
